Good evening everyone,
I am still taking my BG levels and last night I had a particularly high reading (9) and this morning was 9.7.
They were back to normal by about 11am at 6 and this evening, 6.3.
I’m trying to think of what I’ve done differently, as my food was pretty standard yesterday. As was my activity. I’m coming up with what feel like silly potential reasons…we put the central heating back on yesterday…could it be that? I’ve not had as much water since being back at work, could it be that? (Although I would say I’ve had similar today and yesterday!)
Does anyone have any reasons why their BG goes unexpectedly high? I can’t work out the spike.
Thank you in advance
