BG results in morning

Hi Everyone,
Can You help or advise me. My BG results at lunch time, evening and night time are staying in the range off 4.9mmol to 6.5mmol. My morning BG levels however are between 8.5 mol to 9 - 10mmol in the morning. I remember last year someone else had that issue but cant find it.
Hope everyone is doing well and I’ll always be grateful for your help and support when I was having issues last year. I have joined the learning zone.

It sounds as if you are getting Foot on the Floor or Dawn Phenomenon where levels are higher in the morning especially if you don't test until after you have been pottering about for a while. You could test the theory by testing before you get out of bed.

Thank you. I will try that as I usually test my BG after I have been up, showered, dressed etc,
