Many meter manufactures have their own app. What meter are you using?
There's loads of others but none are particularly good IMO. I've found that you can input all sorts of data but getting access to that again is another matter. If the phone is a Samsung the Samsung Health app will do it. Otherwise have a look at my thread here.
You may have to download a few to try & see what suits your requirements.

My Sugr is probably the most widely used, but not sure if there is a free basic version anymore. I used Glucose Tracker when I was first diagnosed which was ideal for me. Not sure if that is still available as a free version. I use Libre now so don't use it anymore as I record everything on LibreView
