I thought i was doing ok with the food choices i was making but i have found i need to take a closer look at that aswell after readingwhat people had for ther lunches on here.

Afraid i cant take all the credit on this one, its mainly because the doctor listened to me when i told him i refuse to take metformin and gave me another pil instead🙂
 
Not a huge difference from yesterday but pretty pleased with results today
