Some day this week I'm going to treat myself to a Kit Kat peanut butter chunky ( I am not giving these up as I don't have to lol ) but been thinking about it and as the fat in the chocolate slows everything down I'm thinking it would be best to add this in with my lunch as if it's done anything by tea time I can correct then or if it takes longer and shows at bed time I can also correct rather than if I'd had it with my tea and it taking longer to work - what do you guys think, does it sound like the better option? x
