Hi everyone

I've found a website called Avidlite (atkins) with a lot of low carb and no sugar products and was wondering if they are good or not, holland and barratts had hardly anything in.

I am just looking for something i can snack on when i get the bad hunger pains that shouldn't affect my sugar level.

Any suggestions welcome

thank you

I tend to snack on nuts, cheese, sugar-free jelly rather than going for anything more specialist. Mainly because I'm a skinflint, I think! 🙂

I would advise you to be carefull in buying snacks and chocolate listed as ok for diabetics Avidlite have quite a range, but as with everything listed as sugar free, you will find you can get a bad tummy.

John.
