After 2 months of working it all out and experimenting with what foods spike my BG I'm now ready to purchase low carb food

Thinking of Bread, Pasta, Sweet Snacks and Savoury

Does anyone recommend one provider ?. I'm seen Skinny Food Co, Heylo and mant more

Welcome to the forum, Many of those companies charge premium prices for items which you could find from the 'usual' shops with a bit of research.
Good snacks are nuts, Nature Valley Protein bars or KIND or shop own as they are only about 10g carbs per bar.
Pasta edamame or black bean spaghetti, fettuccini or noodles from Holland and Barret.
Grain free fruit and nut Granola from M & S.
Some of the seeded breads from supermarkets are not too bad for carbs.
savoury snacks, olives, cheese, hummus and veg sticks.
