“Raspberries have one of the highest fiber contents of all berries, making them a great choice for blood sugar management and weight control,” Erin Palinski-Wade, CDE, author of the 2 Day Diabetes Diet, told Everydayhealth.

They are also my favourite fruit! I imagine blackberries will be very similar as they have the same sort of structure.... and just coming into season and I have a mass of them right outside my front door! Just need my apples to get a bit closer to picking and I can enjoy a little of my favourite fruit flavour combinations.

My favourite fruit too along with blackberries and strawberries, I eat a mixed bowl full every day, unfortunately, I have to take a container down the road a bit to collect blackberries when in season.

I love Raspberries and Blackberries not so fond of Strawberries but I am allergic to them all so to eat them I have to remove all seeds and bury in a bun or add to a healthy drink and remember to take my Fexofenadine!

The blackberries were very early this year, I was picking them in July - and they were very sweet.
All the fruits with berry in their common name are fairly low carb - blueberries are about the highest so I don't buy them except in a mixture as far under 10 percent carbs as I can find.
Unfortunately I find that the fibre content of a food is of little importance as my gut simply takes it as a challenge to its efficiency and rips out the carbs with much glee and some gurgling.

Fav has to be blueberries, also love strawberries raspberries blackberries, either on own or with double cream.
Don’t mention double cream, I haven’t had any for years, might treat myself one of these days.

Raspberries, yoghurt and a dollop of peanut for me every morning! I've got slightly addicted to it.

Ahh raspberries and strawberries...my favourites. A bowl of them every day. They're good for potassium too and phosphorus and flavour and texture!!! Low in carbs.

Unfortunately I really like bananas higher in carbs but even better for potassium, vitamins B9, C. So I have to restrict eating those sadly.

I find most fruits spike my blood glucose but I can tolerate quite a large portion of blueberries and usually have them with single cream. I'm on a low carb, high fat diet so the cream isn't an issue for me.

A big plus is that blueberries are usually on the supermarket shelves year round.
