can anyone help who injects victoza please? I injected this morning and when I tried to push needle in it seemed to not want to go. Before I pressed the button I realised so tried again and injected. When I took needle out it was bent and 2 drops on needle. It says should only be one in book. Do I inject again or just wait til tomorrow's dose. What am I doing wrong if needle bends?

Sorry I can't help, thought I would give your post a bump up to the top
Why do these things always happen when everywhere is closed so you can't get help.
Just had a thought maybe phone 111

If the plunger went down then you have injected the full dose. I've occasionally had a bent needle, usually as a result of moving the pen whilst injecting. If you had a problem getting the needle into your skin, it could be that you had a blunt needle. I wouldn't risk injecting twice the dose anyway.

Thank you - I think sugars are telling me it did go in 🙂

Good.

Now - why did the needle bend? What make of needles have you been given?

And what size, I haven't had a bent one since I dropped to 6mm.

I haven't ad that problem with the shorter 5mm needles either though I did have occasional issues with the 8mm ones I had in the early days, you do get the odd dud needle though, once in a blue moon. Gad the numbers are behaving.
