If I get a bent cannula is there any way I can just change that instead of doing a whole site change?

If I get Cannula fail and there are still a couple of days’-worth of insulin in the reservoir I will just put a new set in and connect the old tubing to it. I’ll then bolus the small ’cannula fill’ amount and accept that will be on my IOB. I don’t find IOB particularly useful on tSlim because of the way it is calculated.

Worked a treat the other week when a door handle yanked my site out!

Ok that's great that will save me having to go through the whole process if it happens again.
