I have started an experiment to see if eating get porridge with semiskimmed milk with some chi seeds added and some forms off berries,then no lunch,but if hungry a small amount off walnuts or an avocado then dinner lower carb (trying my best) and berries or a banana or a kiwi fruit with 2 to 3 tablespoons off full fat greek yoghurt. I just want to get some advice as to whether other people have benefited by dropping to 2 meals aday and whether it has helped drop the hbalc.
