I have started an experiment to see if eating get porridge with semiskimmed milk with some chi seeds added and some forms off berries, then no lunch, but if hungry a small amount off walnuts or an avocado then dinner lower carb (trying my best) and berries or a banana or a kiwi fruit with 2 to 3 tablespoons off full fat greek yoghurt. I just want to get some advice as to whether other people have benefited by dropping to 2 meals aday and whether it has helped drop the hbalc.

I eat two meals a day - but would not eat porridge, semiskimmed milk, banana or kiwi fruit.
The foods I do eat are all under 11 percent carbs except for the 95 percent cocoa chocolate, but I only eat a square of it at a time, and not every day. I do not get hungry so just don't need lunch, or a snack.

We are all different , I occasionally manage two meals but it only if I am not hungry at breakfast.

Nowadays I usually just have breakfast and dinner , if I am hungry lunchtime I will have some berries.

As to the porridge, banana or kiwi fruit , we are all different in what our body can cope with, for some they would spike there blood glucose levels where others may be fine with them, the best way to find out is to self test, directly before eating then two hours afterwards.

I do not have a large appetite and usually, but not always, just have one meal a day. There are exceptions, if my BS is really low in the morning then I have to have something to eat and then nothing until my evening meal - which is my favourite time of day to eat.
