Ah so youre the one to blame for the rain forecast today? :rofl:

Well done you

I recently read sarah millicans biography and she had lots of criticism for her weight or body shape.....her philosphy is basically 'if you have a problem with me well thats your problem not mine why should i worry?'..........but in more anglo saxon millican style lol

As for me.......i can walk further in one go before needing a rest.......i can walk quicker ..... .my angina and asthma isnt as bad.......my knees dont hurt as much on the flat

What a great list @gail2 :star::star::star:

Glad it has had such a positive impact on you - hopefully that will be an encouragement to continue with your weight-loss efforts to move towards your target weight 🙂

Love your list Gail. Well done on your weight loss and the positive effect it has on your wellbeing.

Yes @gail2 this list is great, bravo!

A fantastic list.

I smiled when I read the ones about choice of clothes.
I am not sure how many people can buy straight "off the peg' with a wide choice. Those if us who are not "normal" sized (whatever that means) because we are "too" large, short, small, tall, big hipped, small chested, ... find it incredibly frustrating to have so little to buy.
One of my niggles is this idea of trying on something in three sizes - one size bigger than we think, one size smaller than we think and the size we think. That would be wonderful advice if you think you are a size in the middle of the range. But useless if you are at one end and there is nothing bigger or smaller.

Sorry, you touched a nerve 🙄!
What I meant to write was
YOU ARE AMAZING
