Belvita biscuits..

I've tried these, expecting to be disappointed and for them to spike my levels, but was pleasantly surprised! They taste quite sweet, but around 8.5g carbs per biscuit and they do seem to release that slowly - for me at least! I do have the advantage of insulin though, so other factors may come into play fr a T2, such as perhaps it is still too much carb for a breakfast.
 
Yeah they do seem to work. Not really got to grips with all this Carb counting, sugar content malarky. So not sure just how good or bad they are.
 
I like those belvitta biscuits but would eatthe whole box so don't get them often...
