Hi Spence,
Does it contain wheat/barley etc. Heinz oxtail soup does. If in doubt, perhpas try a week gluten free, read the labels for help and avoid, wheat bread, wheat pasta, wheat cereals, wheat biscuits, etc, etc. beer also.

Hi @AndBreatheAmity Island, if gluten is the problem, it takes much longer than a week to get it out of the system.
For myself, if I am "glutened" in error it takes about 3 weeks before i revert to my own normal. When a gluten free trial is advised it's usually a minimum of 6 weeks, sometimes 3 months, depending who is advising. For my Endo it was just ditch it plain and simple - actually on the basis many, many people with auto-immune challenges do better without gluten in their lives.
@spence - have you made any changes to your diet, and/or have your levels been running a bit high?
