I am looking for any low carb vegetarian recipes. So if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

If you Google 'low carbohydrate vegetarian recipes' you will be spoilt for choice.

If you eat Quorn, that can be used in quite a few of the standard low carb recipes. For example Bubbsie’s Toad in the Hole with Quorn sausages.
Quorn mince in low carb cottage pie (with cauliflower or celeriac instead of potato), spaghetti Bol using one of the many pasta substitutes such as spiralised courgettes or the different low carb spaghettis that have been mentioned on numerous threads.
In fact if you look at some of my posts on the “what did you eat yesterday” thread, all those are veggie and relatively low carb, depending of course on how low you want to go.
One of my favourites is roasted veg with halloumi. Use plenty of mushrooms and cherry tomatoes to give a fabulous liquor.
