Before / After Meal Testing

I'm trying to something similar myself and started on Monday this week so just another 4 days to go.

My current meal time ratios are
2:10 - breakfast
1:10 - lunchtime - changed yesterday from 1.5:10
1:10 - teatime

Don't know if I'm wasting my time doing this or not. Any comments would be welcomed please.

Here's what I've done so far:

I think thats a very simplistic approach. Unless you have exactly the same meal every time, you cannot judge what effect walking or exercise has on your blood sugar, and there are other factors involved. It would be nice to think this approach would be useful. I couldn't see anywhere where it recommends the time after your meal that you test, is it 1hr or 2 hr or what?

You seem to have a problem with your arithmetic on the 25th your BS went down after the meal and you showed a positive change on the 26th your BS went up and the change is again shown as positive, is that intentional? What did you do differently on 26th to the 25th as the results are a lot better. Of course your diet is yours and as you can inject for the carbs content of your meals you should be able to handle any type of meal, but you do seem to eat a lot of bread and cheese (not that I know what you mean by 6+3 brd/mltd chse 2 slcs).

As far as I can remember I didn't do anything differently on 26th to the 25th - maybe a little more housework one day than the other lol 😱
Re the bread and cheese i've just got a tasting for that each morning for breakfast.
Usually I have toast.
Re meals I'm very much a creature of habit 😡.
On Tues 26th the 6+3 = 6u QA plus 3u QA correction for the 12.6 BS
