Hope you enjoyed it Gill!

Are you absolutely sure about that being 0.6g of carbs?
I've just drunk a glass of water with probably more carbs in it than that. 😉

If you are right about it being 0.6g carbs and that causes a spike for you then I'll eat one of my socks. I'll garnish it with something tasty first of course. No way am I eating a raw sock.

Dairy milk is about 60% carbs. 1 chunk of a big bar weighs about 5g / 3 carbs. Don’t ask why I know the carbs of dairy milk chocolate off by heart!

So to have eaten 0.6g carbs that is only 1g of chocolate, which means you cut one chunk into 5 and stopped eating after one fifth of one chunk. Think you might have the carbs a bit wrong, or if they’re right it definitely wasn’t naughty. Not sure chocolate counts as naughty anyway

I am wondering if Gill is in fact meaning one of the buttons rather than a square etc, I don't know the weight of each of their buttons so wouldn't know the carbs in one piece but could be that

Ooops please accept my apologies re the 0.6g of carbs in a single chocolate - I'm glad someone noticed - it's 6g of carbs per chocolate or to be exact 6.2g

That amount of carbs won't have done you any harm either.
Thank you 🙂. I was very very very naughty though in the night because I got the munchies again and got 2 more chocolates during the night but as I said in the waking thread I won't be making a habit of it ie eating over 10g of carbs and not taking insulin!!

And what happened to your levels as a result of that?

I woke up with 6.8 but have been waking up in the 4s but 6.8 is within my target range of 5mmol - 8mmol so I don't have any idea really
