Ooops please accept my apologies re the 0.6g of carbs in a single chocolate - I'm glad someone noticed - it's 6g of carbs per chocolate or to be exact 6.2g
Thank you 🙂. I was very very very naughty though in the night because I got the munchies again and got 2 more chocolates during the night but as I said in the waking thread I won't be making a habit of it ie eating over 10g of carbs and not taking insulin!!That amount of carbs won't have done you any harm either.
And what happened to your levels as a result of that?Thank you 🙂.
