Had this stomach ache for the last couple of days, thought it was my um 'time of the month' however it is not, feel really like nauseous after eating and it wasn't affecting my levels but now it is, i had a hypo earlier and sorted it out made sure i didn't eat the wrong things alas my sugars went up tp 22.3 :/
no one else seems to have this stomach ache, really annoying me now :/
any ideas as to what to do?

Sorry your feeling ill. Do you know what your correction factor is? If you do - then give yourself the appropriate correction to get your levels down to within range - but keep checking every hour until you feel sure that things have stabilised.🙂Bev

correction factor? like adding or taking away units of insulin?
i've been doing that 🙂
heres hoping im ok for college tomorrow as i've been off for two days.

Hope you're feeling better soon Estellaa xx

Hope you are feeling better soon. Even if you don't feel like eating much, try and keep the fluids up. Sometimes soup or some toast or some fruit is fine if you don't want a proper meal. If it continues for too long do get medical advice although there are lots of tummy bugs and viruses doing the rounds.
