Hi All
Been away for a fair few weeks since diagnosis and joining here back in June. Taken the the time to work on my self etc, and it’s paid off.
Diagnosed on June 29th with a HBA1C at 89.
Doctor decided to take bloods this month on the 7th, as my review kind of impressed them, HBA1C as of 7th September, 49.

Hope everyone doing well.

Well done @Kitch, your hard work and efforts have clearly paid off. Keep it up.

Fantastic result and a just reward for the effort you put in to making changes. Many congratulations and thanks for posting about it as I am sure it will encourage others who read of your success.

Lovely to see you again @Kitch

And huge congratulations on the amazing progress you’ve made!

I think you are quite right. Sometimes you need a bit of a nudge to make positive changes, and get around to some self-care that you’ve been needing for sometime.

Long may your successes continue!
