Beef curry with what

I usually have my curry on a bed of shredded cooked cabbage (usually savoy as that is my favourite.... 3mns in Microwave with a knob of butter) or I have a big dollop of coleslaw stirred into it to take some of the heat out of it. Or very occasionally I have konjac rice with it but you have to rinse it really thoroughly to get rid of the preservative it comes in, before heating.

Coldslaw, what a great idea, now why didn't I think of that, we even had some in the fridge.
