I saw some coverage of Paddy Whatshisname whose been doing a mega cycle ride around the UK… on a Raleigh Chopper.

He’s not my favourite celeb, but he’s raised a huge amount of money for a good cause!

I only know him as the ex-husband of Christine McGuiness - who does great work raising awareness of autism. However, as a cyclist myself I admire anyone prepared to put themselves through that!

Good lad Paddy taking on that challenge & raising so much money, must of been hard going on a Chopper bike so fair play.

I read a report that Paddy commented he hadn't really grasped how having so few gears on a bike would make it so difficult, though he had realised he'd have to pedal more than on his normal full sized bike, cos of the smaller wheels.

Well done that man!
