bayer contour meter issue

hi wondering if anyone else uses the bayer contour meter..... mine will no longer recognise when i insert a strip.... i have checked that the batteries are ok as at first i thought it had ran out.... have sent an email to bayer in the hope they will replace it simply enough..... i thankfully have a spare meter
 
Are your strips still in date? Otherwise I think it must be a meter fault.
 
yes.... am awaiting a reply from them... i get through more strips than i should lol i am an obsessive tester 🙂
