Basal Question

This moaning I woke at my highest for a long time, 11.0. I've been pretty good lately no booze or snacks last night, and when I removed the needle from my buttock last night it seemed like there was move insulin present than normal, so I'm thinking I didn't actually fully insert needle! If so I guess I will be running high all day, only in offfice so I can keep an eye on things, I'm reluctant to inject some Levemir now fearful of going low later.

Any advice?

I wouldn't give any more levmir, you don't know exactly how much of the dose you didn't get. I think you should just correct with novorapid as needed through the day. You might be able to just add it in with your meal boluses. Hope you don't go too high today.

2.5hrs after breakfast and 11.4, so I've put two units in, don't want to go too low, this is going to be an interesting day...

Yep I agree. Use your NR to sort you out today until tonights injection.
