A TRAINEE nurse died from bleeding in his lungs, possibly caused by undiagnosed diabetes, an inquest has found.
Duane Rowlands, 38, from Barrow, died on July 16 this year at Furness General Hospital in Barrow, following lengthy illnesses.
Dr Nicholas Mapstone, from the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, told an inquest at Barrow Town Hall on Thursday that diabetes may have been the cause of his death.
