Good Morning,

After a few days off, I went back to my morning walk. It was good going out in the rain. I made a nice change to my breakfast, (veggie sausages and veggie fingers and tomato with a little rye bread. I feel good and just seeing what the day has to offer. Mood-wise I feel good too. How's everyone doing

I too went walking in the rain and felt good. There were very few other people on the canal towpath. They don't know what they are missing. Just had a boiled egg salad with olives. Yummy!

I forgot to say that my phone App told me I had done7880 steps at an average speedof 3.48mph and used 313.94calories. The distance was 2.988miles and it took 51minutes. Love my phone!

I've spent the weekend hill walking in the Monadliath, a range above Loch Ness with the OH. Loads of rain here too but it was worth it to get out in the fresh air, I feel great.

I was out for a run this morning at 7:15 through the parks and along the riverbank. The air was cool and there was light rain, but it was nice and cooling 🙂 I ran 3.6 miles in 34' 20" and it most certainly woke me up!

I too love getting out in the rain! This weekend I've run 36 miles and spent about 4 hours mountain biking at a forest trail centre yesterday. But the best bit, I've spent 47 hours sleeping (over 4 nights)!😱 (V tired after working stupidly long hours last week)

Wow Julia! Very impressive 🙂 I think you've nicked my sleep - I've hardly slept at all for the past few nights!
