Hello Dalaney............things will improve for you I can remember feeling just like you when I was first diagnosed. At the beginning its just trial and error on what you can and cannot eat. If you able to bring some form of exercise into your day even if its a short walk it defintely seems to make quite a difference.🙂

Thank youy Sheilagh I seemed to have hijacked this post I am sorry

Thanks Joe for letting us see the story
An excellent read and an inspirational story x

I just succumbed and read it - as mine hasn't landed chez nous yet and I thought I'd save it !

Well done Caz, think you got across pretty much most of the stuff 'we' wish everybody would listen to and take heed of!

Hope it inspires a lot of T2's to DO something themselves ......

Edit - oops, that makes it sound like I think those on here don't - I mean the ones that haven't seen the light !

Just out of interest as I haven't received my copy yet, is there much mention of the forum outside of Carol's story?

Great to see one of our own with their name up in lights ! It's a really inspiring read - Well done you...🙂
