Hi, I joined quite a few months ago, got a welcome pack but have never received a magazine, is this usual?

Thanks for becoming a supporting member of Diabetes UK.

Balance comes out 4x a year, and I think the Summer issue is due out fairly soon.

If you are concerned you could always contact Supporter Care via the DUK Helpline (Mon-Fri 9-6). The number is at the top of each forum page.

They may be able to send you the most recent issue?

The latest issue should have came in your welcome pack. The next issue of balance comes out at the end of June. If you have any concerns, please feel free to call us.
