I finally managed to speak to DUK and give them my membership number etc today, after over 6 months of no contact from them at all - and me not thinking this strange, until I saw threads on here about articles I'd not seen 🙄

Turns out that a copy of Balance snuck through the Royal Mail redirect service we have active, and was returned to sender. So they had me (not unreasonably) down as "gone away".

A quick address change later, the back issues of Balance are in the post...so what did I miss? :D:D

(thumbs up to DUK customer service, btw, fantastically helpful lady today, well done her!)
 
now you've said that, not sure i recieved the last one, i've just moved too. will add ringing them to my long to do list!! thanks for the reminder🙂
