stupid but quick question wot temp would u bake spuds in a gas oven

Gas mark 6 200 C/400 F

Microwave is so much better but they dont taste as good

I do mine in the microwave, but then put them in the oven for a while to crisp up the jackets a bit 🙂

Do you remember the Harry Enfield show where the chav characters had a baby called 'Spudulike'? :D I wonder what happened to Spud-U-Like - they used to have one in Sheffield 🙂
 
my spud was yummy i did have spread with it as well mmmmmmmm
 
Microwave for a few minutes then rub skin with extra virgin olive oil and low sodium salt then place potato in a hot oven and bake until soft, I'll guarantee the skin will be the best you've ever tasted.
