Bahraini project ?Diabetes.bh? has been selected as one of the best websites in the 'Fight Poverty, Hunger and Disease' category at the recently held World Summit Youth Award (WSYA) conference in Sri Lanka.
The 'Diabetes.bh' is incubated and hosted under sustainable development consultancy and think-do-tank, 3BL Associates, a social enterprise co-founded by Leena Al Olaimy and Tariq Al Olaimy, and established in joint partnership with Al Muqla Investments and the Gulf Marcom Group (GMG).
It is a collaboration between members of civic society, youth and private individuals and organizations. The others spearheading the delivery of the website are The Blue Camels, Team D and the Bahrain Diabetes Society.
