feel guilty as had a bit of a c**p weekend food wise. had family around and they had chips i sat there with my salad but when took plates in kitchen couldnt help nicking a few and also had 2 bagels over the weekend and sum crisps. back on it today tho is casserole ok to eat? :(

Don't feel guilty Becci, we all need to have a little 'time off' and relax once in a while 🙂 Casserole is fine, as long as it's not full of potatoes or dumplings! 🙂

A few chips, crisps and a couple of bagels over a weekends isn't too bad - don't worry.

I have to say, I think I did far worse this weekend - went out for a curry last night and had a piece of choc cake as well as crisps the day before. I must try harder this week to get back into things!
