The bad news, according to nursey I have sciatica in a mild form. It is more uncomfortable at times than painfull but in the right place and worse at the end of the day.

The good news, my weight and blood pressure are oth going down slowly.

A mixed result Caroline, I hope that the sciatica does not cause you too much pain. Well done on the reduction in weight and BP! 🙂

Well done Caroline on the blood pressure and weight loss. Sorry to hear about the sciatica.

Well done on the weight loss & bp! Sorry to hear about the sciatica though, not fun! Hope it resolves soon. X

Thank you all. The sciatica is not too bad, it is worse in the evening. I am learning to pace myself and my manager at work is understanding. If I tell her I need to work at my desk for a while and why she is happy to allow it. I Know there are people who have had it far worse, so I am greatfull mine is not too bad.

Well done Caroline 🙂

I had bad sciatica a couple of years ago (I collapsed in the middle of the night the pain was so bad and ended up in A&E) and the good news is that with some physio I am completely fine now... I'd def recommend seing a physio if you can?

Xx
