I have had all 3 of my new batch of Dexcom one+ fail this evening. On closer inspection i notice the wires of all 3 sticking out of the hole on top. Has anyone else had this with recent batches? I know i can ring and report and get replaced but just wanted to see if i am extremely unlucky or not the only one affected.

I had that with a G7 before I changed to One+. It was replaced. The One+, in my mind, has been a bit dodgy recently. I’ve had three replaced this year. Not coming off a “Low” for the first three days, one highly inaccurate and not accepting a calibration. They’ve all been replaced by Dexcom, but being a self funder, it’s a bit of a faff.
