I have been trying really hard for two months with diet and exercise and BG has been coming down, not perfect but much improved until today. Now between 5.5 and 8.5 until today. It has been higher for most of the day. Started off at 7.8 before breakfast 8.6 2 hours after a boiled egg. 5.5 before lunch, a bit of crab and 1/2 an avocado, 9.8 2 hours later. I don't understand as I have not had any extra carbs or sugar, have done about 1 1/2 hours exercise, eaten relatively small meals. Could there be another factor? I am not stressed, except that I have not had 9.8 for a while after a meal! What else affects BG? Or does one just have "off" days? May seem like stupid questions but I am new and still on a very steep learning curve. Thank you all for your help and support.
