Happy Xmas, And Happy New Year all!

Hello everyone Ive been off the site since i broke from work really as its been such a busy Xmas, Back in work today and back on here! So First things first Hope you all had a great Holiday & a wonderful XMAS.

I decided to relax a little over Xmas. I decided although not entirely, I needed a break from my new found obsession with my diabetes control Last year. I ate a couple of takeaways, had a few chocolates, upped my carb intake a bit, (Still religiously testing etc) and I really enjoyed it & too be fair my control wasnt too bad! But back to reality today , Diabetes break is over and back to the experimenting!

Hi Benny, welcome back - good to hear you had a good break and relaxed a bit, we all need a bit of time off to enjoy ourselves! Sounds as though you've followed the golden rule of 'moderation' though, so well done and Happy New Year! 🙂

We all need time off and a treat. Christmas and Easter are the times most people seem to do it. I hope you had a good one
