Hi, They sure fed and overfed us at G4S, I had my doctor's appointment today. I knew beforehand I had put on a little weight. I am not surprised as I used to eat at all hours thanks to the shift variations.

I have stocked up on those instant oats in a minute pack. When I feel a bit peckish I am snacking on those. I have got back to my morning exercises. I am looking forward to going back to Slimming world again after a wee absence.

On another note. I mixed some dried oats along with spices, honey, cocunut milk powder and soya milk/ Made a big dough put into pieces and stuck it in the fridge. My homemade oat crunches (biscuits).

Back to the drawing board with determination........

good luck with it all. You get top marks for determination and effort

Thanks for the encouragement
