I’m clearing out temptation

Re-evaluing my home

If it’s in that kitchen cupboard

I’m not leaving it alone

Stop putting things into them

Or keep a carbohydrates stock

I cannot trust myself now

As I keep visiting the lot

The best way I can help me

In my diabetic cause

Is to clear down the snack bar

Please join me and clear yours

Start looking into healthy

Can you recommend a snack

We need our diabetes

To be right, and back on track
