hello everyone, was back 2 weeks ago from my holiday in the US, my 1st ever trip to the US and it was a holiday to remember, i'll never forget it, spent 2 weeks on the West side starting off with LA ending in San Francisco 🙂

The down side is i gained 6.5 lbs in weight and i have my HBAIC results on Wed and am not hopeful it will be a good result but at least i'm back and on track to improve for my next one 🙂
 
That's what life's all about, you can put this hba1c at the back of the queue this time.....😉
 
we all need a holiday so the hba1c is a minor thing. The odd high reading is nothing that can't be dealt with.
