Not sure where to put this post but here goes, I was finding it difficult these past few weeks with lots of hypo's, one which i ended up collapsing on the bathroom floor, anyways I got a lecture from my dsn on what to keep in the house for low's before I hypo etc, so after looking in all the shops I got quite disheartened trying to find snacks that didn't have lods of sugar in and after trying tesco's, asda and a few others I decided to look in Sainsbury's as they do a fantastic range for my two children who have loads of allergies, now as someone with UC I have to avoid a lot of wheat etc so looking was a nightmare, when I asked someone they showed me a range I had never thought of before.....the baby range!
They are a range called the Childrens Food Club by Organix and they do gingerbread men, Goodies Oaties, Moon Biscuits and quite a few other more savoury snacks, but the good thing is no sugar, they are all naturally sweetened with grape juice and most are made with oat & rice flour so they are great for people who have allergies, anyway thought i'd share this for those that may find it helpful :D
