All being good i will get it on the 19th apparently there is quite a big book that comes with it,can anyone tell me what the book is called and what the contents are,i assume its to do with carb counting am i right.

No, sadly the book contains the instructions how to use the meter!

But don't panic, it's fairly clear and I'm sure your DSN will show you first - and if not someone on here will help!
 
Yes - it is pretty massive LOL

But none of it's really rocket science!
 
Hi Carol, my nurse set up the meter for me and showed me how to use it. It came with a manual that is easy to follow. In my pack I got a copy of Carbs and Cals which has helped me with carb counting. Hopefully you will get one too! Good luck x
 
Natalie - have you only got the Expert - or is it the Combo just with the Bluetooth turned off? - or do they all come with Bluetooth capability anyway? (never seen one except mine, with my pump - thought Carbs & Cals was part of the pump deal?)
