Ask for appointment with dietician and expert education course. Look on our website. Loads of information. Rotten time, and I was diagnosed Nov 2 years ago. Head was mince at the time.. look at information on newbies part of forum. Good luck

A minor point, but do you mean "at whit's end". I can edit title, if you like? It might help more people come to your thread and post replies.

I won't change until @toffee_01 confirms their intention and wishes. Perhaps they chose a "typo" to attract more responses? It must be frustrating to posters that they can't edit their own thread titles.

If you choose upload a file, next to post reply , that will give you some options including pic pics etc stored on your devise click on the one you want and follow any prompts ie use/cancel .
When your brought back to the thread you’ll soon see the miniature pic under the posting box, click on the size you want and when you click on post reply you pic will be there
