Tomorrow is my Birthday, when I have my annual Birthday treat of a full-on rich, moist, fudgey chocolate cake!😛🙂
For it to be WORTH the extra insulin I need to bolus for it I have tended to go for bigger cakes costing from £10-£15 as the little ones tend to be on the dry side! I only eat 2 or 3 slices, over 2 or 3 days, & chuck the rest: avoiding temptation!🙄😳
This year I thought I’d give the above titled little cake a go & I’m glad I did! It was only £2.25 from my local ASDA & I estimate it as a 4 piece cake! It’s moist, rich & fudgey: exactly what I want! There’ll only be a little waste too, if any, tbh I may be naughtier than usual, this year, & finish it!😛
