I have a friend who is recommending this Argi+ to me.
She has a testimonial about it from someone who has reduced their hypos whilst on it.
I generally don't agree with things like this being recommended to people but before I speak to her I wondered if anyone had heard of it helping?
Argi+ ingredients

Calories 40 2
carbs 3g 1
sugars 3g
vitamin C 80mg 100
vitamin D3 5mcg 100
Vitmain k 75mcg 100
Vitamin b6 1.4mg 100
Vitamin B12 2.5mcg 100
Folate 200mcg 100
L-arginine 5g 100
Fruit blend: Grape skin, pomegranate extract, red wine extract, elderberry juice powder, raspberry juice powder, Morello cherry juice powder, blackberry juice powder, blackcurrant juice powder and blueberry juice powder.

My friend is a zumba teacher and she says she gets a type of rush to help in her class.
I know she is trying to be helpful but I'm not sure of the basis and I would hate her to be recommending something that isn't what she thinks it is.
Does anyone know anything about this???

Never heard of it LOL

Not sure what you mean exactly but if the carb is only 3g per 100g, that won't help you increase your BG!

me either!!!
it says something about fat and glucose metabolism, which in my mind would make you more likely to have a hypo surely????/

Sorry VioletRose, it sounds like a bit of a quack remedy to me and I can't see how it could possibly help with hypos, or even hypers. It's just another supplement as far as I can see, trading on the 'superfood' myth. A healthy, balanced diet should provide all you need. 🙂

In fact, eating a few of the fruits that they've helpfully dried and powdered, would probably do more good than the supplement.🙂

I would imagine zumba itself would give a buzz of its own from the aerobic activity.

Thank you!!
You are all saying what I was thinking.
Think I need to say something to my friend before she goes off recommending it to other diabetics!!
