i was thinking: total basal dose = about 9 units a day. That's 9 one hundredths of a ml over 24 hours, split up into 20 doses per hour. So each dose is about 2 10,000ths of a ml. Such incredible precision!
Can you imagine trying to draw up a dose in a syringe to that level of accuracy?
I feel very glad to live in this century.
 
Indeed. Can you imagine that, in the very early days after the discovery of insulin, they used to inject 5-10 ml of the stuff 😱 😱 😱 🙂

In my life I have been on 1 injection a day,2. 3 & 4. All different types of insulins. & I really do LOVE my Pump. Its so adaptable with temp basals etc. 😎
