Hi

I've been trying to log my BGs on paper the last few months but failed miserably, lost the book several times, didn't have a pen etc (I'm really unorganised!).

Do you have a favourite app you use on your phone? I have a samsung, not sure if that will make a difference.

Thanks!

A few of the members of the forum seem to like mySugr which is what I use.

there are free and paid-for versions, but the free version is pretty comprehensive.

there are loads of other options though!

Do you have the Samsung Health App? If not then get on there, its free obviously, you can track your daily water intake, coffee intake carbs and steps (if the step function works as mines stopped working) it's great and I used to use it all the time xx

Sounds handy @Kaylz - does it allow you to track BGs?
