day off and i was up at nursey for 9am ... she was well chuffed with my results Hba1c 6.5 no change to treatment ...last xmas a doctor said i had no choice to take 1700mg ..🙄

col.4.2 ...but still gotta watch my bad fats 😱

wieght down by 3kgs since last visit ...i had reduced by 7kg by last June but put a bit on again ...but stayed the same over the last 6 weeks overall since dx i have lost 10kg and have kept it off 😎

i have the kidney and liver function of a teenager 😉 (the one who partied all weekend?)

blood pressure perfect ...no white coat syndrome for me

she used a doppler for my pluses ...perfect and could understand why the nurse of one of our members only did it by touch as all the nurseys have the dopplers for their maternity crew ..and they only have to change the head apparently ! she also said that she likes to be able to hear the sound aswell as that can also tell her how things are ...woosh, woosh/woosh, or woosh/woosh/woosh

also had the buzzy thing to test senses ...all good there

she also had a flu jab with my name on it ...no need to que on a saturday for for me

my nurse is FAB how lucky am I ??

excellent results!! I'd be shouting them from the rooftop! maybe frame them??!!
