LITTLE Toby Morris was diagnosed with diabetes when he was just a year old and in his short life has regularly suffered mood swings, headaches and vomiting.

The extreme blood sugar levels he experiences could seriously damage his future health and shorten his lifespan.

Luckily, a friendly ball of fluff could be the key to saving his life.

Toby's family are fundraising for a Springer Spaniel puppy to be a diabetes alert dog (DAD) for the youngster, who lives in Whitchurch.

Toby, now three, lives with his mum and dad, 32-year-old Abi Morris and 29-year-old Charlie Morris.
