Can anyone recommend an app that’s good for tracking levels and diarising food etc?

Hi @Mrs G and welcome to the forum.
There is fatsecret (awful name 🙄) at https://www.fatsecret.co.uk
You can use the website or there's an app for android and ios devices.
It won't track blood levels - (I use a basic spreadsheet for that) but it will give you details of carbohydrate values, protein, calories and fat content for most UK supermarket food products). It is free but you can pay for a premium account but it isn't really worth it. You can use the app to scan barcodes on a lot of well known brand name products and it'll record all the details. I found it very helpful when I started eating low carb.

Hope that helps you

Dez🙂

l’ve always really liked mySugr too. Very easy to customise it to my needs, and quick and easy to log everything I needed.

I use mySugr and myfitnesspal, unfortunately no integration between the two but I find myfitnesspal easier to track food and calories, but mySugr is brilliant to track insulin etc
