My earlier post about last Sunday has had the title edited due to it being deemed inappropriate by a member.

May I take this opportunity to put forward my heartfelt and truly sincere apology for

the unintended shock and trauma that my brutally ignorant antic caused.

Really...were you given an explanation Bill?

Nope

Didn't ask for one and I'm not interested.

I didn't see it Bill but I doubt it would have traumatised me. However, it clearly bothered someone and your apology isn't really an apology is it?

Play nice! 😉

Ofcourse it is.

I'm just glad you were spared the possible offence of being exposed to the thread title.

Since your original title was the title of a film on general release in 1971, and also the title of a hit song by Irish group U2 (and played on national radio) whoever objected to the title of your thread must have lead a very sheltered life indeed. Or just likes objecting to standard English adjectives. Bloody ridiculous, if you ask me.😉

Once again I wrote something in good faith.

The thread is centred on blood testing and the events took place on a Sunday,

For the life of me I struggle to see how that could offend anyone ?

Nothing new though is it.

It's truly shocked me that I had to read this as it's very out of character for you. Your not interested but you were bothered enough to start a whole post on it
